Palais ships her products worldwide. During the paying process the shipping costs will be shown.

Returns and swaps
Of course we hope that you're happy with your purchase. If not, you have 14 days time to return the product(s) starting from the day of reception.

Return
Wrap the artikel in the original wrapping or another, firm cardboard box. Close the box and tape it carefully. You can send the package with your name and the order number to:

Please note that the costs and responsibility for sending back are for your account. We advise you to provide returns with a track & trace code, because we are not responsible for losing the package.

Exchange

When you would like to exchange a product, you can state that in the return form on the website. You can send the package to the address mentioned in the text above. After we’ve received the package, you’ll receive an email with a voucher worth the value of the returned product. With this voucher it’s possible to buy the product of your choice.

Warranty

We advise customers to check all the articles within seven days for the amount of articles en the quality of the products. If something is not right, please send an email to
sales@palais.com with the problem. If the product has to be returned, we will provide you with a return label. The warranty is not valid if the product shows defects due to wear and tear, wrong use, when you or others have altered the product or tried to alter the product, or improper use.

After the 14 days to return your product, Palais offers a one year warranty on her products. If there is a problem with the product within this period of time, please send an email to sales@palais.com. We will provide a suitable solution.

  1. If we can repair the product, we will repair it.
  2. If we can’t repair the product, we will deliver a new product.
  3. If we can’t repair the product, but the product is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.

Please do keep in mind that the warranty is not valid if the product shows defects due to wear and tear, wrong use, when you or others have altered the product or tried to alter the product, or improper use.
