There is something radical about an object that refuses to be reproduced. BONBON brings together mouth-blown glass lamp bases and a new generation of lampshades — all united by colour, character and a certain disregard for playing it safe.

The glass bases are made by hand, one at a time, which means every swirl, every blush of colour and every unexpected curve arrived exactly as it wanted to — not as the maker planned. Each one is, simply, the only one of its kind.

Above them, lampshades Nina and Colette introduce a wide, conical silhouette that changes the proportions of a lamp entirely. Nina comes in a raw, linen-like weave in ecru, chocolate, honey and brick red: rich, easy colours that settle naturally into a room without disappearing into it. Colette takes the same shape in a different direction, with bold harlequin patterns that make their presence known before the light is even switched on.

Together, they make a case for lighting with more personality. Less matching, more character.
