Returns

Of course, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have 30 days to return the product(s) from the day of receipt*. Please note that custom made products have an alternative return policy. This is stated with the product and can be checked in our terms and conditions.

*Please note that our return policy does not apply to business orders; cancellations and returns are not accepted for business transactions.

Returns within 30 days
We understand, it's not always the perfect match. Use the return form to register your return, the form can be found here. This ensures that we can process your return flawlessly. After completing the form you may send the package to the address below. Make sure the packing slip or your order number reference is present in the package.

We do not offer free returns*. You will be responsible for the postal costs of your return and for secure packaging. We recommend using a label with track & trace code at all times. Without track & trace we cannot take any responsibility for the package.

*Are you from the Benelux? Then just fill in the return form and we will make sure you receive a return label. A standard fee of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Received incorrect product or damaged
Of course, we are sorry to hear that. We will come to an appropriate solution either way! It is important to report this immediately after receiving your package. Please report the wrong or damaged product using our return form, which you can find here. The form will guide you through our process. 


Refunds

Once we have received your return, your refund will take approximately 14 days to allow enough time for us to process the return.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. The refund will be issued using the payment method used to place the order. It should be processed within 48 hours after receiving the confirmation mail.
