Of course, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have 30 days to return the product(s) from the day of receipt*. Please note that custom made products have an alternative return policy. This is stated with the product and can also be checked in our terms and conditions.
*Please note that our return policy does not apply to business orders; cancellations and returns are not accepted for business transactions.

Returns within 30 days
We understand, it's not always the perfect match. If you are within the EU, you can register your return through our return portal. The applicable return fee for your country will be shown during registration and is paid directly in the portal. Returns are not free.

For headboards, a fixed €50 return fee applies due to the required special transport.
Please ensure that the packing slip or your order number is included inside the parcel and that the item is returned in its original packaging, so we can process your return smoothly.

Received incorrect product or damaged
We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived incorrect or damaged.
Please notify us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Our team is available at customerservice@palais.com.
Withdraw
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. At Palais, we gladly extend this period to 30 days for your convenience.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within approximately 14 days after we receive your return.
You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been issued. The amount will be returned to your original payment method within 48 hours after confirmation.
