Returns and swaps
Of course we hope that you're happy with your purchase. If not, you have 30 days time to return the product(s) starting from the day of reception.

Return within 30 days
To return your order we kindly request you to fill out the return form below.
After receiving the return form, we will send you a return label within 1 business day, with which you can return your order free of charge.

Would you like to return a product beyond the standard return period of 30 days? We will be in touch with you as soon as possible to assist you.
*Please note that you are responsible for return fees and damages occurred during returns.
Exchange
When you would like to exchange a product, you can state that in the return form on the website. You can send the package to the address mentioned in the text above. After we’ve received the package, you’ll receive an email with a voucher worth the value of the returned product. With this voucher it’s possible to buy the product of your choice.
Warranty
We advise customers to check all the articles within seven days for the amount of articles en the quality of the products. If something is not right, please send an email to customerservice@palais.com with the problem. If the product has to be returned, we will provide you with a return label. The warranty is not valid if the product shows defects due to wear and tear, wrong use, when you or others have altered the product or tried to alter the product, or improper use.
After the 30 days to return your product, Palais offers a one year warranty on her products. If there is a problem with the product within this period of time, please send an email tocustomerservice@palais.com. We will provide a suitable solution.
- If we can repair the product, we will repair it.
- If we can’t repair the product, we will deliver a new product.
- If we can’t repair the product, but the product is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.
Please do keep in mind that the warranty is not valid if the product shows defects due to wear and tear, wrong use, when you or others have altered the product or tried to alter the product, or improper use.
